The day the order is placed and artwork uploaded is not considered a working day. The cut off time for orders is 3:00 pm each day.

Orders received before or by 3:00 pm will be printed the next business (first working day) and then delivery will occur the day after printing (second working day).

Orders received after 3:00 pm will be treated as having been received the following day (still considered a non working day) and will be batched with orders received the next day to start the two day production cycle.

We will print your artwork as it is uploaded. We need print ready pdf or jpg files. It is highly recommend your artwork be at least 300 d.p.i. (dots, or pixels per inch). We cannot guarantee image quality (no pixelation or jagged edges on images or text) for artwork at less than 300 d.p.i. While we may be able to successfully print a file with slightly less than 300 d.p.i. there is no guarantee and we do not adjust or enhance your files.  The file(s) need to be at 100% size and with .125” bleeds included on all sides when image is intended to go to the edge of a finished/trimmed flyer. See the downloadable template for more bleed information. If bleeds are not included, we can still print your file(s), but there may small areas of white paper showing at the edges. We may at our discretion also choose to slightly under trim (approx 1/16”) your flyers if it makes the flyer look aesthetically better. This is subjective, and we do not guarantee this under trimming would happen on all flyer artwork submitted without bleeds.

On rare occasion should we receive artwork that is significantly less in resolution than needed, we may contact you via email or phone to address the issue. Contact about low resolution artwork is not guaranteed and the normal default is to print from files as they are uploaded. This contact will also delay the delivery of at least one working day or longer until artwork issue is resolved.

Delivery of orders will be by a courier, and orders with a business delivery address arrive by 5:00 pm on the second working day. If delivery is to a residential address, the delivery may occur as late as 9:00 pm on the second working day. A signature upon delivery is not required and if a person is not able to receive the order, the package(s) may be left in a safe location (out of the weather and out of plain sight if possible). A photo of the delivered package at recipients door or location will also be recorded and used as acceptable proof of delivery.

This service is only provided from Ogden Utah to Nephi Utah, commonly known as the Wasatch front. Orders to addresses outside this area may be possible with special arrangement and additional time.
