1. Overview of Services

Relevant Print provides online print products and services for both businesses and individual customers. Products may include printed materials such as business cards, flyers, brochures, signage, and other custom print items.

2. Ordering Process

By placing an order, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and free of copyrighted or prohibited content. All orders are subject to review and approval by Relevant Print.

3. Custom Artwork and Files

You are responsible for ensuring that the artwork or files you upload meet all print requirements including size, bleed, resolution, and formatting. Relevant Print is not responsible for printing issues caused by low-quality or improperly prepared files.

If design services are purchased, proofs will be provided for approval. No project will move to production without written approval.

4. Proofs and Approvals

It is your responsibility to review and approve all digital proofs before printing.
Once a proof is approved, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Relevant Print is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before production begins unless a prior written agreement exists. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown during checkout.

6. Turnaround and Delivery

Turnaround times vary by product and volume of orders. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Relevant Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. Any additional fees, including customs or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because print products are custom made, orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will review the issue and determine if a reprint or other resolution is appropriate.

Relevant Print is not responsible for errors in customer supplied files, color variations due to different screens or devices, or incorrect order details provided by the customer.

8. Color Accuracy

Due to variations in monitors, devices, and print processes, colors may not match exactly as they appear on screen.
Relevant Print does not guarantee color matching unless a paid color match or proofing service is purchased.

9. Account Use and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Relevant Print or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You affirm that any artwork, logos, or files you submit belong to you or that you have permission to use them.

11. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or request printing of any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights. Relevant Print reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

12. Limitation of Liability

Relevant Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from delays, errors, or issues beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
